It all started in 2017, with a bunch of mates working in business development in Melbourne, having exuberant amounts of the finest Australian Pinot Noir, and whining about their marketing team who could not do any better than generating poor leads with the company’s website and about themselves spending way too much time hard selling mildly interested prospects because they were the only ones available in the pipeline.

In the meantime the geek of the band was working on generating more leads for his business than a team of 10 sales specialists could handle every day! The company grew from 0 to €1.5m in sales and from 0 to 50 employees in only 18 months without investing any capital. How was this even possible? And, by the way, what was his secret?

From this reunion, Lead Mate was born.

Today, our band has grown to a multicultural team of business development managers, B2B marketers and Growth Hacking geeks who love to help sales teams and business owners to find the Lead Generation hacks that allow them to quickly grow their business.

Over the years we created and perfected our methodologies and systems in multiple companies and in 2019, we founded our lead generation agency, Lead Mate, because we believe that every great company can provide its team quality leads every day.
